Our Policies

Cancellation & No-Show Policy

To respect our therapists’ time and other clients, we kindly ask for at least 2 hours’ notice for any cancellation or rescheduling. If an appointment is missed or canceled with less than 2 hours’ notice, the following fees will be applied to your next visit:

60-minute session → $30 fee

90-minute session → $45 fee

120-minute session → $60 fee

Gift Certificate Policy

- Gift certificates are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase and cannot be used after the expiration date.

- Gift certificates are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

- Gift certificates may be used for the service originally purchased or for any other service of equal value.

- If the selected service exceeds the value of the gift certificate, the customer is responsible for paying the price difference.

- If the selected service is less than the value of the gift certificate, the remaining balance is not refundable and cannot be used for cash or tips.

Arrival & Late Policy

We kindly ask that you arrive at least 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment time to allow for a smooth check-in and to fully enjoy your treatment.

If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to avoid delaying the next client. The full service fee will still apply.
